Meet Ola
A calm, personal approach to wedding photography.
I’m Oladayo Sadiku — Ola — the photographer behind Olalux Weddings. From Rotterdam, I photograph weddings, portraits and celebrations across Europe and beyond.
The name Oladayo comes from my Yoruba heritage in Nigeria. It means “wealth has become joy.” That is how I see the work: transforming a day into something you can keep. I was born in Nigeria, spent much of my adult life in Germany, and now make my studio in the Netherlands.
I’ve been making photographs for about ten years. In Olalux, my name, Ola, and my love of carefully made images come together: beautiful portraits alongside the spontaneous moments that complete your story.
What it’s like to work with me
You’ll spend much of your wedding day with your photographer nearby. Feeling comfortable matters. I want you to feel listened to, gently guided when you need it, and free to enjoy your day.
I work quietly during the moments that need space and offer simple direction for portraits. My aim is to help you feel at ease, so your photographs reflect the way you are together.
